Founder and proud owner of Mac Construction Ltd with my wife Chloe. Since 2001, I’ve been rolling up my sleeves, lacing up my boots, and pouring my heart into building not just structures, but dreams.

Building isn’t just a job for me—it’s in my blood. I grew up with the hum of power tools and the scent of fresh sawdust in the air, shadowing my dad on job sites when I was just a kid. He taught me the value of craftsmanship, integrity, and doing a job right the first time. I’ve carried those lessons with me every single day, building my company with the same grit and care that I pour into every project.

Over the years, I’ve seen just about everything this industry can throw at you—rain-soaked blueprints, deadlines that keep you up at night, and clients with dreams so big they seem impossible to bring to life. And you know what? I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Whether it’s transforming a family’s first home, a business owner’s flagship store, or a community’s gathering space, there’s nothing more rewarding than standing back at the end of a project and thinking, “We built that.”

But enough about the job—let me share a little about the man behind the hard hat. When I’m not on site, you’ll find me enjoying the great outdoors, fishing at my favourite lake, or spending time with my wife and kids. Family is everything to me, and they inspire me to keep pushing for bigger, better things. I’m also a sucker for a good cup of coffee and a hearty laugh with friends.

A proud partner of Mac Construction Ltd with my husband Lewis, I am an entrepreneur, therapist, wife, and mother to four incredible kids. Life is always bustling around here, and that’s exactly how I love it.

My journey has been anything but conventional, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Before joining forces with my husband, Lewis, to help grow Mac Construction Ltd, I explored a variety of paths, each one shaping the person I am today. From running charming holiday lets that felt like home to travelers, to serving up scoops of joy in my own ice cream shop, I’ve always had a passion for creating spaces and experiences that leave people smiling.

These days, you’ll find me balancing my role at Mac Construction Ltd with my work as the owner and senior aesthetician at my local aesthetics, beauty, hair, and tanning salon. Whether I’m helping a client feel radiant and confident, or ensuring a construction project runs like clockwork, my heart lies in helping people transform their lives for the better—whether it’s through beautiful spaces or a little self-care magic.

Juggling a busy family life with multiple businesses isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned that the key is finding joy in the chaos. My kids keep me grounded, my work keeps me inspired, and my endless to-do lists keep me sharp. Life isn’t about slowing down, it’s about showing up, giving your all, and embracing every opportunity with both hands.
